ANTiSEEN - Blood Of Freaks 7"

ANTiSEEN ended the 80's with this four song blast and I'm going to end June with it. 'Up All Night' is a classic.  Destructo, baby!

Poison Idea - Official Bootleg 2 x 7"

In 1991 Poison Idea was really hitting their stride. And this double 7" is proof. You can never hear Plastic Bomb enough times! And they've also included 3 cover tunes, each one just as good as the last.

7" Of Noise, Noise, Noise!

Last 7" comp of the month. Loud and annoying, the way music should be, dammit! I've only included one part this time around, so as not to drive anyone too batty.

Drain - A Black Fist 7"
United Mutation - Rainbow Person 7"
Mighty Sphincter - Self-Titled 7"
The Mentally Ill - Gacy's Place 7"

Death Piggy - Love War 7"

Staying in the Commonwealth of Virginia but moving about 130 miles west as the punk rock crow flies, and also going backwards some 7 or 8 years, we have Death Piggy. The forebears of Gwar, they released three interesting 7"s before finally hitting rock 'n' roll fame and fortune. This is their debut from 1984.

Fallout - It's All Over Now 7"

Here's some damn good punk rock from Roanoke, Va. Fallout was around in the late 80's and early 90's, but outside of a couple demos and such, this is unfortunately their only release. If you haven't heard of them (which is likely) I strongly urge you to give 'em a listen.

Discharge - Never Again 7"

Here is Discharge's 4th 7" Never Again. Released in 1981, not to be confused with the full length Never Again, released in 1984. The Never Again 7" was included in the Never Again LP. But this is the Never Again 7". Confused? Then crank this baby up. All your cares will just melt away, along with a fair amount of your eardrums!

Artless - How Much Punk Rock Do You Hear In Russia? 7"

Mykel Board released some memorable (and yes, ok, also some ridiculous) records in the 80's and 90's. And... here is one.

Iron Prostate - Bring Me The Head Of Jerry Garcia 7"

I love these old farts. Unfortunately they only released 3 records in their short span, their brilliant debut  Loud, Fast & Aging Rapidly, this excellent single, and the single Rock 'N' Roll Nursing Home, which has two tracks from the LP. Great, fun punk rock.

White Flag - Live! Bleedin' In Sweden 1986 7"

Throughout the 80's and 90's White Flag released a plethora (that's right, a plethora!) of 7"s. This particular one was recorded live on their 1986 World Misery Tour.

The Zero Boys were a great hardcore band out of Indianapolis. Sadly, they didn't last too long. Here's what I believe is an unofficial release.

Fear are punk rock legends. And here's their "smash hit single, from whence they got all the money". From way back in 1978.

Lepers - God's Inhumane 7"

Here's an interesting punk band originally from Colorado. I believe they only released 3 7"s between 1981 & 1984. This is their second. Anyone have their third, called "I Wanna Be God"?

7" Of Pleasure

The ol' doctor has something a little different today. Ever since I was but a wee lad I used to borrow my friends' records and jam tapes full of as many records as I could. And when you're dealing with 7"s you can cram plenty on there. Anyhow, that's kind of what I did here. Two files, each about an hour long, stuffed with 7" of pleasure! Bon apetit!

7" Of Pleasure - Part 1

J.F.A. - My Movie 7"
Pariah - Without A Trace 7"

Really Red - New Strings For Old Puppets 7"

Here's the 1982 7" from Texas punk legends Really Red. A great record from a great band.

Batallion Of Saints - Second Coming 7"

This second Batts 7" was released in 1983 and has three of their classic tunes. I remember being an idiot kid in small town suburbia digging the tune 'Intercourse' just 'cause it was about bangin'. As I got older I realized how horribly true the song really is. But I do still like the song. It's just a damn good 7" all around.

7Seconds - Committed For Life 7"

7Seconds released this second 7" in 1983. The rawness is still close to 'Skins, Brains & Guts' but you can definitely hear the sound of 'The Crew' coming through.
