Damn, the early 90's were LOUD! Cop Shoot Cop hailed from New York with two basses and no guitars. I got to see these guys in a small club and it blew my mind. The drummer built a whole contraption around him with all sorts of metal noisemakers. I definitely thought it was a unique approach... and better yet, painfully loud!
